If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, please contact us within seven days of receipt. Let us know what the issue is and we will be happy to send a replacement if the goods are faulty.

We can also offer a credit for any goods returned in good condition if they do not suit your requirements. We will be unable to refund postage, except in the instance of faulty goods.
